      The JOGSON Yarn Conditioning Machine assist in boosting the strength as well as elasticity of fabrics. This is totally appropriate for boosting the elasticity & strength of yarn and ensures the removal of snarling as well as curly effects. Also, the machine stabilizes the moisture level so as to enable better efficiency in dyeing, winding, dye fixing, weaving, etc. JOGSON Yarn Conditioning Machine has a dual purpose mechanism, which ensures the thorough conditioning of lycra blends, natural fibers, wool, viscose, polyester, acrylic yarn, nylon, etc. The operation gets started with the creation of vacuum.

      Jogson Yarn Conditioning Machine, (also known as Heat Setting Machine) is suitable for elasticity & strength of yarn to remove snarling & curling effects, Twist Setting, Stabilizing moisture level in dry yarn, Stabilizing the yarn hence better efficiency in Bulking of Acrylic yarn, Dye Fixing, Dyeing, Winding, Weaving etc. The Dual Purpose Machine  Conditioning of Natural Fibers, HTHP heat transfer machine, Viscose, Lycra Blends, Wool & Heat Setting of Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic Yarn etc in Cone and Hank form.

      Process Control:

      • The entire process of conditioning starts from material loading
      • Locking of the front door, then Vacuum is first created up-to 740 mm-Hg by the water ring vacuum pump to remove the air & impurities from the yarn
      • This improves penetration by steam & lack of O2 will prevent oxidation
      • Steam is then injected into the Machine along its entire length ensuring an even distribution of temperature
      • Vacuum is recreated to remove excess moisture from the yarn
      • External Steam Heating of the Machine through Limpet Coil ensures no steam condensation which also helps to maintain the temperature
      • When cooling is required for the machine, same Limpet Coil can work with water
      • Multiple Vacuum, Steam & water cooling cycles are possible by linking two or more programs in the Micro-Processor TPR-23
